I have just registered my copy of CompuChem ...how does the screen security work?

When I cost a certain formulation under the menu option: 'costing/formulations/detailed' or when I run any costing report on formulations or finished goods I get a warning message '...Self referencing intermediate', what is the cause of this?

The stock level of a particular raw material appears to be incorrect under the menu option 'files/raw materials/stock/master file'.
However if I run the report 'reports/raw materials/stock/movements' the theoretical stock level is reported correctly, why is that?

When I try to open CompuChem on my workstation I get an error message similar to this
